Abstract: An interaction between Artificial Intelligence (AI), Financial Technology (FinTech), and management significantly changes the financial sector, digital payments, banking operations, and accounting. This paper provides an investigation into the current trends with the focus on automation through artificial intelligence, blockchains, and their effect on financial systems. Through the use of a methodology that includes a literature review and the application of a quantitative approach, we will consider some of the recent innovations such as generation artificial intelligence for fraud detection, automation of smart contracts, and agential artificial intelligence systems. The findings of the analysis demonstrate significant improvements in efficiency, accuracy of fraud detection, and financial inclusiveness. However, some challenges associated with regulatory compliance, algorithmic bias, and security still remain. A comparative analysis shows that the use of AI-FinTech enhances the efficiency of fraud detection by 35-45%, reduces the costs of transactions by 20-30%, and improves access to finance for underrepresented groups.
