Abstract: This study focuses on the safety measures implemented for employees at Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd., Dalmiapuram. Employee safety is a critical component of industrial operations, particularly in sectors like cement manufacturing where workers are exposed to hazardous environments. The objective of this research is to assess the effectiveness and adequacy of safety practices, training programs, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency preparedness, and overall safety culture at the Dalmiapuram plant. The study adopts both primary and secondary data collection methods, including employee surveys, interviews with safety officers, and review of company safety manuals and policies. The findings reveal the strengths and gaps in current safety measures and provide recommendations for enhancing workplace safety standards. This research aims to contribute to the continuous improvement of health and safety practices, ensuring employee well-being and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
