Abstract: This research paper examines the role of cash flow management in enhancing firm performance, focusing on its impact on short-term liquidity and long-term capital requirements. Key cash flow metrics, such as Operating Cash Flow (OCF), Free Cash Flow (FCF), and Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), are examined using quantitative and qualitative analyses. The findings show that efficient cash flow management can significantly improve a firm's resilience, operational stability, and investor appeal, driving both short- and long-term success.
