Abstract: This research looks at the recruiting pipeline and attrition issues of Shadowfax Pvt. Ltd., a renowned logistics firm in India. The study uses a descriptive research approach utilizing questionnaires, interviews, and secondary data to examine how recruiting procedures impact employee turnover. The findings show that irregular recruiting methods, low technology use, and high attrition among delivery partners have a major influence on productivity and costs. The study indicates that standardizing recruiting, improving retention techniques, and utilizing HR analytics may improve workforce stability and organizational growth.
