Abstract: The incorporation of AI in online shopping has greatly influenced consumer purchase behavior through personalized online shopping experiences. In this context, the aim of this research paper is to analyze the factors that determine and the implications of consumer purchase behaviors toward personalized online shopping using AI technology. The study will apply the Stimulus-Organism-Response model and the Technology Acceptance Model to examine the determinants and implications of consumer behaviors towards personalized online shopping using a structural equation modeling approach. The results have revealed that consumer's perception of personalization, recommendation quality, and trust play an important role in determining their intention to make purchases. The study is a valuable contribution to the field of AI and retail studies.
