Using a structured questionnaire, data was collected from a representative sample of customers and analyzed through statistical tools to understand satisfaction trends and service gaps. The findings reveal key factors influencing satisfaction, including interest rates, accessibility of loans, staff behavior, and transparency. The study concludes with recommendations for improving service delivery, ensuring better financial inclusion and enhanced customer satisfaction in rural co-operative credit institutions
